Do you deliver, for example, to Oslo, Gardermoen and the radius within that?
For collection or delivery in Gardermoen or Oslo, the price is NOK 3,000 each way. This can be booked at check out.
What applies as high season, low season and when can you pick up the motorhome?
When renting by the week, the motorhome is usually rented from Saturday/Sunday to Saturday/Sunday. High season is autumn holiday, winter holiday, Easter and summer 1 June - 31 August. What do I need to check before returning the vehicle at the end of the rental period?
When returning the vehicle, you must:
- Make sure the interior is clean (including all kitchen equipment), use plain clean water and the cleaning agents provided, as strong cleaning agents can damage surfaces in motorhomes and campers.
- Remember to take out the rubbish, shake out mats and sweep and wash the floor (internal washing to be taken by the landlord must be agreed and booked in advance)
- Remember to check and empty and wash the fridge and freezer
- Fill up the fuel tank and AdBlue and make sure the battery is fully charged
- Fill up the clean water tank with 1/3 of water
- Empty the gray water tank and toilet (unless otherwise agreed and booked)
- Rinse off the outside with a water hose if necessary so we can check for damage
- Gather all your personal belongings
What rules apply in relation to cleaning?
When you collect the motorhome, it is clean inside and out, and you must return it in a clean condition. The external cleaning is included in the price. If the interior cleaning, emptying of the waste water tank and/or cassettes for the toilet is to be carried out in whole or in part by the lessor when the car is returned, the lessor will require a cleaning supplement. Please note that any incurred costs must be paid locally.
What rules apply to bringing pets?
If you wish to bring pets, you must obtain permission directly from the rental location. We have motorhomes where it is legal and where it is not legal at all, check the description and ask if you are unsure. When the car is returned to the rental location, it must be as clean as a car that is returned without pets on board. If you bring pets, higher cleaning costs can quickly accrue. It is the tenant who is responsible for the safe and regulated transport of livestock, as well as for following any entry restrictions and vaccinations.
How and where can I get drinking water on the road?
You can fill up drinking water at many gas stations and campsites, in most cases completely free of charge or for a small fee.
Which driver's license do you need?
All vehicles can be driven on a normal passenger car driving licence, class B certificate as the total weight is up to 3500 kg.
Are kitchen equipment included in the rental period?
Yes, it comes with everything you need and some kitchen equipment for the number of people, so you don't have to think about anything yourself.
What can be rented in addition to extra equipment?
Among other things, camping equipment, tables and chairs, gas grill, paddle board, packraft, towels, duvet, pillow, bed linen and other things are rented out. Tick under extras when booking what you want to rent in addition.
Is it possible to park your own car at the rental location during the rental period?
Possibility to park your car on our lot during the rental period. This can be checked when booking and is free of charge. We also have the option to park your car indoors and locked up throughout the rental period, this can be booked for a fee under extra when booking.
Are all kilometers on the trip included in the rental price?
Driving distance of 1750 km per week/250 km per day is included in the rental price. Beyond this, NOK 3 per km is charged. Unlimited km can be purchased as an extra during Booking and in advance if desired.
Har dere noe depositum på utleie av bobiler?
Ja, depositumet på NOK 15.000,- reserveres på forhånd på kredittkortet (gebyrfritt), senest når du henter bobilen. Kortinnehaveren og leietakeren være samme person. Vær oppmerksom på at utleiestedet ikke har anledning til å overlevere en bobil hvis depositumet fremdeles ikke har gått inn på utleiestedet sin konto, kontant betaling aksepteres ikke. Dersom bobilen leveres tilbake til avtalt tid og uten skade, trekkes kun tilleggskostnadene som (f.e. bompasseringer, ferge utgifter, gassforbruk Propan kr 50,- / pr. kg det faktureres for hver påbegynt kilo, kjemikaler etc.) fra depositumet. Dersom bilen er skadet ved tilbakeleveringen, trekkes depositum som tilsvarer skade beløp/ egenandel. Ved en skade som krever at hele depositumet går til dekning av egenandel, må tilleggskostnader som nevnt ovenfor betales i tillegg.
What does the service fee include?
Servicegebyret inkluderer utvendig vask og praktisk klargjøring, samt en teknisk gjennomgang av bobilen før avreise. Den sikrer også opplæringen av bruk på bobilen, det vil si at man vil få demonstrert alle tekniske detaljer rundt kjøretøyet, for at også du som er helt fersk på dette området kan starte bobil turen din godt forberedt og uten bekymringer. Den sikrer i tillegg kundeservice 24/7 gjennom hele reisen, og drift og vedlikehold av websiden vår.
What age regulations apply to renting motorhomes?
The tenant must have valid identification/passport and driver's license. We have no age restriction, but the renter must be able to drive a vehicle of this size.
